Flora Thickened Plant Cream is a lentil based cream with a neutral taste and a smooth, velvety and thick texture. It can be used as a 1:1 replacement for dairy cream in all pouring, cooking and whipping applications. Great for whipped cream, creamy pastas, chocolate mousse, soups and rich chocolate tarts. Store in your fridge and use within 3 days of opening.
