There are many good reasons to eat plant-based food. It’s good for your health, good for the planet and you help save the lives of animals. Plus, Just Add Vegan meals and meal kits are economical with big portions and we do not require subscriptions.

Support at Home (SaH)

If you have an approved Support at Home (SaH) package and would like to order plant-based meals we can help you connect with our platform. We will then contact your Care Provider to confirm a few details and to make sure we are approved to provide you with meals.

Once the application has been approved we will notify you via email or phone to let you know, you will then be able to order meals and only be required to pay 30% of the meal cost upfront.

Please note the approval process may take a few days depending on your Care Provider.

Support at Home (SaH) is a Government Program that enables eligible Senior Australians the ability to access funds to stay at home for longer. A key part of SaH is that these customers are only required to pay 30% of the cost of the meal upfront.

How do I know if I am eligible for a Support at Home (SaH) package?

Eligibility is based on your care needs as determined through an assessment. You must also be an older person who needs coordinated services to help them stay at home. Find out more about assessment at My Aged Care.

If I am eligible, how much do I need to pay?

If eligible, your Support at Home (SaH) package could cover up to 70% of your food costs.

Which Support at Home (SaH) providers do we work with?

We use a platform called Cookaborough to connect with many different care providers. If we are not already connected to your care provider, Cookaborough will work to establish this connection for you.
