Suzy Spoon’s Shredded Seitan has a meaty-style texture with a delicious yet mild flavour (although the miso, onion & garlic powder do add to the taste ); ideal for marinating as it will also take on the flavour of whatever sauce you add. Use in stir-frys, tacos, pies, pastas, curries, sandwiches or any recipe that requires chicken.
Storage and shelf life
Store Suzy Spoon’s Shredded Seitan in your fridge (max. 4 degrees C).
Cooking instructions
Cook in a pan with oil until brown all over and hot all the way through and then add your sauce and veggies. You can also marinate the seitan before cooking it: add marinade, cover and leave in fridge for at least 4 hours, then cook in pan.
