Just Add Vegan Rewards – Terms & Conditions

1. About the program

Just Add Vegan Rewards is our loyalty program, allowing customers to earn points on purchases and redeem them for discounts on future orders. Participation is free, with no subscription required.

These terms supplement our general Terms of Service.

2. Earning points

Customers earn 3 points for every $1 spent on products purchased through justaddvegan.com, after discounts and excluding delivery charges.

Points are awarded when payment is received. If an order is cancelled or refunded, the corresponding points may be deducted.

3. Where rewards apply

Points can only be earned and redeemed on orders placed through our Shopify website at justaddvegan.com.

Orders placed through Cookaborough or other external ordering platforms are excluded. This includes Christmas orders placed through Cookaborough.

4. Redeeming points

Every 100 points is worth $1 towards a future order.

Points can be redeemed for discounts starting at 500 points ($5), in increments of 100 points.

Rewards discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes, vouchers or promotions. Our usual minimum order of $75 applies before rewards discounts are deducted.

Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between customers.

5. Bonus points

We may award additional points through referrals, promotional activities or as a thank you to customers.

Bonus points are subject to any conditions communicated with the offer. First- and second-order bonuses are limited to one of each per customer, regardless of the number of customer accounts or email addresses used.

We reserve the right to withhold or reverse points awarded in error or through misuse of the program.

6. Points expiry

At present, rewards points do not expire.

If we introduce an expiry policy in the future, we will communicate the changes in advance.

7. Changes to the program

We may modify, suspend or discontinue Just Add Vegan Rewards, including its earning and redemption rates.

We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes that adversely affect customers' existing rewards.
