This caesar salad is one of our favourite meals, especially on warms days. Crispy cos lettuce and wholemeal croutons are tossed in our house-made, cashew-based caesar dressing and topped with crispy, succulent strips of Forever plant-based chicken-style schnitzel, finished off with a sprinkle of vegan parmesan. The result is an irresistible symphony of textures and umami-rich flavours.
