This full-flavoured tamari is rich in amino acids, high in protein, wheat free and contains half the salt content of other types of soy sauce. It is also non-GMO. Spiral Spiral Salt Reduced Tamari (250ml) is made in Japan. Tamari is traditionally used as a cooking sauce but also great as a a dipping sauce for vegan sushi.
