Lentil shepherd’s pie

Lentil shepherd’s pie

JUST VEGAN! | FAMILY FRIENDLY | NO ADDED GLUTEN | Great for leftovers, High protein, Freezer friendly
Shepherd's pie originated from Ireland in the 1700s and is still a favourite of the Western world today. Our low-fat, high-protein interpretation features a mixture of lentils and textured vegetable protein. Its flavour profile is similar to the classic shepherd's pie but this version adds a touch of flair through the use of sweet potato rather than traditional potato, and the addition of fresh thyme brings it to the next level!
