Seitan is a great plant-based meat alternative made of wheat gluten and water. In comparison to many ‘mock meats’ available, it is relatively unprocessed and has only a couple of ingredients.

High in protein, low in fat and carbs and a good source of all nine essential amino acids, selenium and iron. If you are looking for a soy-free alternative, this is the perfect option to add to many different meals!
