Suzy Spoon’s festive roast is the perfect centerpiece for any occasion and great with roast veggies, gravy and yorkshire pudding. This delicious roulade is handmade with seitan, nuts, cranberries and traditional herbs.

When cooked it will expand in size to approx. 20cm x 35cm. This is to be taken as a rough guide only. The roast can be sliced into 10-15 slices, depending on the thickness of the slices, and will feed 5-7 people. Each roast is lovingly made by hand so the shape may vary slightly but the weight of each roast is the same (approx. 1 kg). Treat yourself and your family to something special!

Storage and shelf life
Refrigerate your roast until you are ready to cook it. All roasts have a use-by date. If you intend to cook your roast after the use-by date, please freeze your roast for up to 9 months. If frozen defrost in fridge for 1-2 days before cooking.

Cooking instructions
Remove from plastic packet, leaving on string and tofu skin. Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven on 180ºC for 40 minutes or until piping hot all the way through and the outside is brown and crispy. Ensure the roast is hot all the way through by inserting a skewer or knife through to the centre then pulling it out be sure the skewer or knife is very hot to touch. Cut off string and slice to serve.
