Spiral Spiral Genuine Tamari is naturally fermented from whole soybeans, water and sea salt. This full-flavoured tamari is rich in amino acids, high in protein and wheat/gluten free. Spiral Spiral Genuine Tamari is non-GMO and produced in Japan. Tamari is traditionally used as a cooking sauce but also great as a a dipping sauce for vegan sushi.
