Miller Lane Parmesan is chickpea-based, made with 100% natural ingredients and free from artificial additives. It is rich in fibre, protein and vitamins, and gluten and nut free.
Storage and shelf life
Keep Miller Lane Parmesan wrapped in a dry paper towel inside a tub with a lid, stored in a fridge (max. 4 degrees C). This freshly made cheese has a firm texture and will get even firmer over time. Use within 4 weeks.

Founder and head chef at Miller Lane, Carmel Caridade, is a qualified chef of over 30 years. She has worked in fine dining restaurants through to pubs, and as a personal chef to the most discerning and demanding private clients in Sydney.
Carmel decided to try making her own vegan cheese when she could not find any that she truly enjoyed. As a chef, she was curious if she could create something delicious for everyone, not just vegans. After a year of experimenting, the first Miller Lane cheese was born.
